General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear user!
Welcome to HCM!

In most of the cases the knee injuries that come from the jumps are meniscus damages or ruptures. Since your symptoms are not severe but just a noise on your knee it doesn't seem to be so worrying.

In your case i would recommend to reduce the exercises for a period of time to give your knee the time to recover. You may have to use a knee bandage to protect from harmful movements.

If the concerns will persist for a long time have an appointment with you orthopedist.

Take care and all the best for you!
DR ERIOL.
