What Could Persistent Migraines And Nasal Drainage While Bending Indicate?

I have migraines and am on preventative meds, topomax 300 daily and norvasc 5 which is well controlled. In the last couple of months I have started to have migraines again often severe that wake me at night. I also have an a nasal drainage that is clear, water like but only occurs when I bend over and often only when I am straining to lift something; this is not a daily nor constant occurance either. I am thinking allergies and used a sinus flush but this seems to have made the problem worse today. Any thoughts?

Hi,

Drainage of clear fluid while bending could be due to CSF rhinorrhea too. Please collect fluid in clear container send it for examination. Get MRI cisternography too to rule out CSF rhinorrhea. Consult the nearest neurosurgeon.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
