Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

It is necessary performing further tests to investigate the possible origin of the infection. In this regard, I would recommend performing these tests:
- A chest X-ray study
- A blood bacterial culture
- A complete blood count, PCR, ESR
- ANA and ANCA titer for rheumatological disorders
- RF plasma levels
- CPK plasma levels for possible myositis
- An abdominal ultrasound
- A urine bacterial culture

you should discuss with his doctor on the above tests.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
