Critical Care Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

As you said, you are a Nurse you need guidance for Proper care and Follow-up. For Diplopia, I Suggest an ophthalmologist review where he will do fundoscopy and see for Retinal damages that are to be ruled out.

Secondly, do not get exposed to bare Sunlight. You require an Absolute Bed Rest for at least 3 Weeks to recover fully back to Normal, provided if the Fundoscopy is Normal. And after 3 weeks, if you are still with the similar Complaints, then please repeat an MRI Scan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Abdullah
