What Could Painful Knot Under The Skin With Brown Mark On Thigh Mean?

i think i was bit by a brown recluse it has been 6 days it has not went away. it was covering the entire back of my thigh and now its just a knot under the skin, but very painful to the touch. It has heat to it to. I was given meds for it but only make me nauseous.

Don't try to touch or break it.
Avoid water and also injury.
Apply cold compression.
Take tablet paracetamol or ibuprofe for pain, redness and inflammation.
Take tablet cetirizine for itch and allergy.
