What Could Painful, Itchy Lump Inside The Labia Indicate?

I noticed a little pain earlier today while wiping after using the restroom. I didn t think much of it until using the restroom a few minutes ago when I felt the same pain and decided to feel where the pain was coming from. I can feel a small pea sized lump inside my inner labia (it does not move). It is slightly painful and itchy to the touch. I grabbed a mirror to look and really can t see anything. I have only been sexually active with one person, who is a female, in the last year. I had a child 11 months ago and was checked for STDs including blood tested for both types of Herpes and everything was negative. What could this be? Should I be concerned?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is just pain and not located properly so this could be nonspecific type of pain and in my opinion jus wait for some time chances of pain to be subsided is very likely if this is not then it may need clinical examination but this is not the STD or anything else in disease, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
