What Could Painful Gas Bubbles On Rib Cage Suggest?

Hello! I m Jamie, and I keep having this gas bubble in my rib cage area. It s on the left side of my rib cage on the bottom of the rib cage. The gas bubble will pop and come back approximately 20+ seconds. It s been causing a lot of pain, and it is hard to breath when it comes. What should I do?
