What Could Pain In Upper Stomach Region Suggest?

i went to my doctor a year ago. i have pain in my stomach above the belly button area.... she then referred me to another doctor... he didnt know either.. they did a ultrasound and a cat scan... til this day its still their and feels like its getting worse. sometimes it just wears me out cause of the pain... sometimes its also feels like something is crawling in my stomach.. you have any suggestions on what this could be?

As ultrasound and CT scan are non-significant, it indicates intraluminal the issue, needed to be checked with upper GI endoscopy; eliminating gastritis underlying ulcer or else.
