Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...my husband is 33 years old and in relatively good health. He is a smoker, though. He is complaining of numbness in his left arm and some chest pain. This is something that happens somewhat regularly. Seems to be a panic/stress thing. This time he says he has a salty taste in his mouth and that has never happened before. Is the salty taste indicative of something else we should worry about such as a heart attack?
