What Could Needle Like Pricks In Heart Suggest?

when i get suprised by soemthing or someone scares me i always a feeling of needles poking my heart and its only for a couple seconds. it never use to happen before. i eat health and am 19 years old. can it be because of a pill i took called aldactone that i took becaude ever since then i dont feel the same. and i have short breaths as well

What your describing sounds perfectly normal. Aldactone is unusual for age 19. Someone must be coordinating its use. While it is not a likely source of what you feel, the doctor who gave it to you should know.
