What Could Nausea During Menopause Suggest?

I'm a 54 yo female, 5'8", 150 lbs. going through menopause. Everytime I eat, I feel nauseous and I belch alot. Example today, turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread w/small amt. of mayo. Could I be experiencing gall bladder problems or a stomach ulcer?

Take Cap. Esomeprazole 40mg one before breakfast. Also take Tab. Itopride 150mg one before breakfast. You will feel better. This symptom complex may be normal part of menopause. There is no acute need of USG. Follow up with me after 2 weeks
