What Could Migraine With Nausea Suggest?

Hi. I have migraines and take topiramate for it but every now and then I have this unexplained headache. When go to ER they always just say chronic migraine as well as neurologist. On my left side near temporal if feel like a moving bubble. I hv nausea and severe headache but no other symptoms of stroke. Help!!!!!

1. Headache associated with nausea is seen in primary headaches like migraine.
2. Thisis not related to stroke hence no need to worry.
3. The treatment is by the use of anti-migraine drugs in the acute epiosde and by the use of prophylactic drugs like Flunariizne.
Hence you need to consult your doctor for examination for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
