What Could Low Grade Fever, On And Off Dizziness, Upset Stomach And Fatigue Indicate?
I have had a low-grade fever, along with on-again, off-again dizziness and upset stomach for about 10 days now. My stomach gets upset early in the morning if I don't eat something. Most days I feel "ok", not great, but I can function. But I've lost my energy and don't feel like doing much of anything. Any clues as to what is going on?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, low grade fever could be due to viral infection but it has to be confirmed because just feeling worm and body temperature not being gone up or not shown above 98 F then it may not be the fever, abdomen symptoms could be due to dyspepsia, you have not mentioned the detail about the abdomen symptoms just stated upset and it does not creates any sense, try to change the diet, if the symptoms persist then it has to be rule out for infection either viral or bacteria, till then be patience have bed rest, have light diet hope this information helps.
