Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection of the gastrointestinal tract.

Some advice that I can give to you is:
-Give plenty of fluids.
-Give oral rehydration drinks, available from your pharmacist.
-Give probiotics supplements.

If still not better, then do a stool test to confirm the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
