What Could Light, Short And Early Periods With Diarrhea And Cramps Indicate?

Hi I m 19 yrs old. Last month I got my period two weeks early and it was really light on as off and only lasted 3 days. This month it was a few days sooner that it came and it was the same on and off but lasting 4 days. Just this week I had sex and after going to the bathroom and wiping I noticed a the toilet paper was tinged with pink watered down blood and it was just that time and then again the next night after sex. I ve been having a stretchy feeling in my lower abdomen when I stand up straight and been having diarrhea and constipation at the same time. What could be going on ?

Hello,

You are having early periods that are lasting for few days than your normal periods. You are sexually active. Presently, you are having pink watered down blood each time after you have sex. You are also having diarrhea, constipation and stretchy feeling in the lower abdomen. You are suggested to take rest. Pink watered down blood can be caused due to injury, cut or abrasion during sex (avoid sex for a couple of days, let it heal).

It can be due to infection, it can also be indicative of spotting & hence can be implantation bleeding. You have not mentioned if you are on any type of birth control pills or device. Anyways, you are suggested to get clinically examined, get pregnancy test done with the first morning mid stream urine. Sometimes diarrhea may be indicative of pregnancy. You will be managed accordingly. Stay away from addiction if any. Avoid anxiety and stress. Take home made food to prevent any kind of food poisoning.
