What Could Lead To Pain In Upper Right Abdominal Area?

Hi doc... I am 22 year old female I have been suffering from pain in my upper right abdominal area since 2 months.... I face difficulty in sitting, especially sleeping when I have to lie down. Also, whenever I cough or sneeze or take a deep breath the pain gets really bad... US was done and it did not find anything wrong except irritable bowel syndrome..

HI
Well come to HCM
Your seems to have, Acid peptic disease, if I would be your treating physician then I would treat this condition with following medicines, with the advise to avoid spicy food, alcohol, coffee, smoking, prior to bed, have more alkali diet like green leafy vegetable, no stress.
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day
2)Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day
3) Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide three times in day
no need to worry about this, soon this would come around, take care.
