What Could Knee Pain With Headache Suggest?
hi today i fell down when i was running ,my knees and legs got hurt but not my head but after a few minutes i have headaches then my left eye has been getting ache at the same time till now and a little low pressure blood....is sth bad happened to me or no its not dangerous?

Regarding your concern I think that there is nothing to worry about.
It may be just anxiety or from psychological stress. The low blood pressure may be normal due to the pain (a vagal nerve reaction).
I would recommend you to have some rest and a lot of fluids.
For the pain I would recommend acetaminophen or Ibuprofen for some days.
