What Could Itchy Rashes On The Shoulders With Tingling Sensation On The Back Indicate?

i have a severly itchy scaly painful rash on the front of my shoulders it is spreading as random itchy spots down my torso and a couple on my back. it may or may not be connected but my arms are tingly and heavy and my neck hurts. i am sweating uncontrollably (no fever). I can t sleep and my appetite is gone

Hello,

I suspect it may be caused by herpes zoster virus it can be shingles. It would be necessary to see a photo before deciding diagnosis.

I think you can use calamine lotion over them. Also, you can take antihistamines for itching. You can use acyclovir to prevent spreading more pimples.
