rash started 4 days ago. few spots on wrist and in elbow crease. seemed like poinson ivy with crusty brown sugar like look. not painful but VERY itchy. also had same small outbreak under jawline near neck. the next morning was all over my face in tiny little red bumps and SUPER itchy. doctor gave me antibiotics orally and topical muprocin. which made it KILL in itchiness. so I used super hot washcloths to remove the ointment and put on tea tree oil. that seemed to dry it up and provide relief. he saw me today and put me on oral prednisone and a strong hydrocortisone cream RX but said not to use it on my face. today on 2nd day of prednisone not as itchy, but now it looks like every little pore on my neck and lower cheeks has a little scab in it. What is it???
