It is suggesting bacterial skin infection mostly streptococcal.use of antibiotic course oftab.amoxiclav 625 twice daily for 5days for adults and tab.amoxiclav 375 mg for children will be helpful.apply creams like mupirocin.use antidandruff shampoo..consult your doctor for further queries.
