What Could Itchy Bumps On Anus With Blood Stains Suggest?

hi ive just recently notced that i have these tiny little bumps around my anus now when i go to the toilet it is a little strain nothing too much but what ive noticed is it because really itchy and when i scratched at it it came out in the shape of a little ball of fat but also when it does come out theres a little blood is there any idea of what this is

Thanks for posting in HCM.

From the description you have given, it appears that you are experiencing itchy bumps around anus and blood stains because of 'anal fissures'.

Avoid constipation as it will aggravate your symptoms. You can take laxatives for softening of the stools and easy passage. Also consume more fruits and drink enough water, which would also help.

You need to get examined by a Surgeon for the problem.

If fissures are diagnosed, you need to undergo cryosurgery for its cure.
