Hello,

As per your case history you may be having fungal infection (as per site of complain like butt and thigh). My treatment advice is:
• Apply an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole cream twice daily.
• Take an antihistamine medication like Levocetirizine for itching.
• Other treatment options are oral antifungal like Fluconazole, itraconazole, and Terbinafine.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshit Bhachech
