What Could It Be If Experienced Facial Numbness, Discomfort In Arm On The Left Side After Suffering From Severe Migraine?

I had a severe migraine for 4 days. For the first time ever i experienced facial numbness on the left side. The day after it subsided I had a weird discomfort in my left arm that radiated up and down the whole arm. That subsided after about a day and a half. Now I have a upset stomach, loose stools, slight headache, and my shoulders feel sore like I worked out.
I am on Lipitor for high cholesterol. I've been on it about 3 weeks. I am 36 year old female. Every time I type in arm discomfort "heart attack" pops up... But could all of this be related to the migraine?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if you do have headache episode that is some what severe then this could cause the numbness in facial area the migraine disease is always related with some functional elements, as you have described other symptoms here, these all are nothing to worry, this is not heart attack or anything dangerous, hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
