What Could Holes On Nose Bridge With Sinus Pressure Suggest?

I am 34 years old. I have had a hole, in the top part of the bridge of my nose. Its next to my tear duct but it s not a tear duct cause....it s on my nose and I can blow air out of it if I hold my nose/ It gets gunky sometimes but never caused many problems. Now I am getting sinus pressure and discolored mucus from my sinuses. Do I need to get my lifelong hole fixed? It s a cool bar trick, hate to loose it. I am 100% serious and I am willing to send pics and vids. Michael

Welcome in HCM.

I understand your concern and probably you are having split nose, though it is a congenital anomaly and is very- very rare.

It's a surgical condition and may be corrected by surgery.
