What Could Headache With Numbness On Hands Suggest?

Hi,I ve had what I describe as a migraine the last couple days, (headache and nausea). Today, my right hand is having numbness and tingling. (Ring and Pinky fingers, and up through right wrist), some tingling in the roof of my mouth. I have never been prone to migraines. I ve had carpel tunnel surgery in both wrists in the past. I am a 37 years old female. I try not to go to the doctor unless it s necessary, since I am a medicaid patient. I thought I should ask here if there are any suggestions or ideas as to what is going on?

Neurologist 's  Response
Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
I read your query and understand your concern
It will be rather difficult to determinate your diagnose without examination
I would strongly recommend to schedule a brain MRI just to be sure we aren't missing something
Clinicaly it seems you are suffering migraine attacks but MRI is needed as you have numbness and tingling in your ride side or at least contact your neurologist
Further evaluation are needed in your case
Anyway don't worry too much nowdays there are treatment to dominate migraine attacks just we need to be sure about the diagnose
Hope my answer will help you
Stay healthy
Best regards
