General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Gray vaginal discharge can be a symptom of a common bacterial infection called bacterial vaginosis.
I suggest to do a vaginal swab test for further evaluation.
If the diagnosis is confirmed,a treatment of antibiotics is needed.
I recommend Metronidazole as a pill by mouth.
I also suggest taking daily probiotics and maintain a good hygiene.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
