What Could Give A Sensation Of Inhaling Cold Air And Flu Like Symptoms Every Time On Lying Down?

When I lay down to take a nap I feel this sensation near my chest like I'm breathing real cold air very uncomfortable feeling also when I get up from trying to sleep my upper part of my body feels like I have flu like systems and this happens every time I want to take a nap

HI. Your quite an atypical symptoms can be due to allergic respiratory tract problem. While taking the nap - one becomes mentally relaxed and can notice the symptoms more as he is not much pre-occupied. And another probable reason with a physics behind is : the air is cooler at the bottom and hot air rises above. On lying down you go into this layer of cold layer of air, enhancing a pre-existing problem. Well, it is always advisable to have at least one visit to a Doctor as he can clinically examine you and rile out any serious problem with minor symptoms .
