Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
It's called bell's palsy also better known as idiopathic facial nerve palsy. Facial nerve is 7th cranial nerve which supplies all muscles of one side of face. So if it goes paralysis all muscle become nonfunctional. Mostly it's sudden onset and affects single side of face. You will have difficulty in eye and mouth closure and and mouth deviates to one side on closure. This is self limited condition and recovery occurs in 6 to 8 weeks. Need to consult physician nearby you and get yourself examined. Continue physiotherapy till complete recovery.
