hi my name is Justin and I am 25 years old. for the past week I have been experiencing a weak discomfort and tingling and numbness in my left arm all the way to my hand. I think I had an anxiety attack on Christmas day and then went to er. they gave me an ekg and chest xrays but said my heart was fine. my symptoms have not improved and even my co-workers have said that I don't look well. such as pale and fatigued. could you tell me please what you think? I am beginning to get worried.
Hi there. Your symptoms correlate to that of cervical spondylosis meaning inflammation or degenerative changes in the neck bones with some compression of the adjoining nerve root. Firstly get a Xray of neck done and get it evaluated. Start with : Injection neurokind plus + short acting sterod injection each once daily for 5 days A neurotropic drug like pregablin An anti inflammatory and muscle relaxant You can take tramodol on sos basis
Consult a physiotherapist and start with Cervical Isometric exercises. If symptoms are not suppressed in a week then an MRI may be required. Good luck.
