General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
I understand your concern.
Let me explain You that veins are blood vessels which take blood from body parts to the heart. They are located superficially beneath the skin.Any abnormality in veins cause them to distend very much or cause severe pain and swelling of the limb.As You are not having these you could be well assured that its just your feeling and is not of any concern.
If you still feel strongly that some thing is wrong then I suggest You to consult your General Practitioner who can have a physical examination and guide You accordingly.
Hope that answers the question.Thank You.
