What Could Cloudy Urine With Recurring Cold In Children Suggest?
hi my son 3 year old, has cloudy urine, and in the past year, when i tip his pee out of the potty if i do not wash the potty out, the remainder goes hard like cement, and i have to scratch it off. then if i let the potty dry its (the pee) hard like brick dust. he has had reoccuring colds this winter and is congested at the moment. drinking water fine.

This sounds so unusual that I ask you to get another potty made of some other material to collect his pee. Perhaps there is a material that the current potty is made of that is causing this reaction.
Cloudy urine can mean an infection. So it would be a good idea to take him to his paediatrician for a physical exam and to have a urine sample examined.
Many toddlers can get a lot of colds, especially if they are in daycare or other places with small children.
If he has a good appetite and is growing and developing normally, then as he gets older, his immune system will be able to resist more and more of the viruses that cause colds.
When he is at his doctor's please make certain your son is given a flu shot, if he has not already had one for this flu season.
