What Could Cellutitis With Swelling Of Ankles Suggest?

My daughter has been diagnosed with cellutitis. Her legs feet ankles and hands and actually most of her body swells up and she looks bloated. Her stomach also increases in size to the extent that she looks pregnant. She also has diarrohea and has trouble sleeping. Various doctors haven't come up with any answers! Is there anything she

Hello,

Cellulitis is a common bacterial skin infection. Cellulitis may first appear as a red, swollen area that feels hot and tender to the touch. The redness and swelling often spread rapidly. It is a dangerous condition if it not treated early it is life-threatening.

Maybe caused by Staphylococcus or streptococcus skin infection which may spread lead to system failure and shock. She may need antibiotics to course for two to three weeks. Please consult your physician to get blood and urine culture is done and get treated accordingly.
