What Could Cause Weightloss, Headache, Tight Chest And Fatigue With BP 136/96 And Heartrate 106?
I m a 29 year old mother of 3 (6yr old & twins that are 3). I weight 143lbs. I ve unintentionally lost 25-30 lbs since May-June. Lately I ve had a headache and my blood pressure tonight is 136/96. My heart rate is 106, sitting down. I feel tightness in my chest and I feel weak.

Your blood pressure is fine.pulse is abit high but it seems like an anxiety which is very common after such fast weight losing . I suggest seek a gp and let them evaluate your symptoms. rest assured it doesn't seem any thing bother some.
