hi, my friend is a 13 year old female and she says that she is sick? im really worried and want to know what she is sick with. some symtoms are - weak stomach - numb limbs - can barely walk - migraines - and a sore throat. please tell me what sickness this is thank you

It could be due to the sore throat and infection, anemia,or the problems of the hormones, due to the changes in the puberty, may also lead to the spastic dysmenorrhea.
I advise her to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
She may have to get the culture and sensitivity of the throat swab,and other tests for confirmation.
