What Could Cause Trouble In Gaining Weight?

Hey, Im 19 and 5'7 and 104. I have lots of muscle and work as a snowboard instructor. All my bones stick out though. I am very tiny. I have been smoking poppers tabaco with weed in a bong daily since i was 14. Do you think this is why i have trouble gaining weight and am so small. Even when i do put on weight i still get wow you way to skinnny! Help!

Hi Thanks for asking HCM. Smoking is definitely one of the causes of you not gaining weight.Stop it as soon as possible.Start taking high carbohydrate, high protein diet , vegetable and fruits .Proper exercise and proper daily routine. You can also add multivitamin, minerals , and protein like arginine supplements. If not improved in
2 to 3 weeks time get yourself investigated.Complete blood count,ESR, urine routine and microscopic, Liver function test and thyroid function test.See a doctor
with test reports or post them to HEALTH MAGIC CARE.
