What Could Cause Tingling And Itching Of Hair Follicles On Scrotum?
The pores on the left side of my scrotum are enlarged. This is only where a hair is present. There is slight reddening. The scrotum is not tender to the touch, however, I do feel a tingling sensation intermittently throughout the day. I also feel the occasional itch in the region, most specifically in the crevice of my thigh and pubic region on the left side. What could this be?

i think you are suffering from fungal infection in that area.kindly apply clotrimazole ointment,calamine lotion in that area.avoid wearing tight innerwear.
