What Could Cause Sudden Weak Spells For Short Time With All Tests Being Normal?

My husband has been having sudden weak spells, lasting 15-20 minutes. He has been check at the hosp. several times and nothing shows up on his tests which have included the full round of heart-related tests and a head mri. we are baffled. After the first one we were advised to go to cardiologist for further testing, which we did and they did find blockage and put in 3 stents. They then put in a recorder for rhythm, but again, nothing has shown up on the device download after one of these spells. Any ideas?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
If all the test show no abnormality then only one possibility remains and that is nonspecific type of complain of unknown origin and may be related with psychosis, and this need to be ruled out and for that better to have opinion form psychiatrist, hope this information helps you have nice day.
