i've had my period for just over 3 years and i am (fairly) regular. I am about halfway through my cycle and have randomly had really random quite heavy discharge i am used to normal clear discharge, but this time i have had very brown and almost sticky discharge one minute, and then suddenly il have a kind of lumpy bright red blood (just like my period) come out and i have to run to the toilet immediately, there is quite a large amount of blood there and i have had to resort to using a pad.
