What Could Cause Stabbing Like Pain In Stomach?

I've been feeling unewell for a few days, dizzy and like I might throw up. This morning I was spitting up blood (red/pink) and had a mild stabbing pain in my stomach. As it deffinately feels like it's my stomach I was wondering if it could be an ulcer or stomach bug?

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that you might be having gastric ulcers and need urgent medical attention.

I would advise that you should first get yourself clinically examined and investigated by a Gastroentologist.

You should take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals.
Antacid in gel or liquid form is more beneficial as it forms a protective coating over the damaged mucosa.

Endoscopy will be helpful.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
