ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi and thanks for the query,
A tube connects the nose to the ear.
when you blow hard pressure changes in the nose are transmitted to the ear. the organ for balance is located in the ear .
these pressure changes in the ear disturb the balance organ leading to giddiness.
Do not worry. do not blow your nose hard.
regards,
Dr Rajkishori.
