What Could Cause Shivering?

Hi!im a 20 year old male.A day before I had shivering in my body but I ignored it and continued with my jogging at night at around 9 for 20 min which I have made a routine just two days before.I don t drink alot of water(just a max of about 4-5 glasses a day.morever I m having exams after a month so I study only under the fan.the avg daily temperature in my area is 38-42 centigrade.After having my exercise I felt temperature along with shivering and sleep uneasiness.My digestive system is normal but in having these red bumps on my forehead cheeks and behind my ear.The past night my mother did sponging and my temperature fell when I woke up.We sleep under the a.c.But today my temperature again started to rise and it was103.5 just now.Please should I eat an anti allergic like baydol?Am I having some kind of heat stroke?your help would be appreciated.

I really appreciate your concern and let me tell you that if this is the fever started after the shivering then possibility of malarial infection need to be ruled out and for this you have to get done the blood test, meanwhile the fever can be managed with Tab Acetaminophen 500mg, as required, take care and have a nice day.
