What Could Cause Severe Fatigue?

Hello Doctor, This is regarding my husband. His details are as below Name: Sheshadri Age-32 Occupation-Software Engineer. He gets very tired very fast after any kind of exertion like driving,long hours of working.His BP and cholestrol are all norma. Is there any other blood tests which he needs to get done

This is Dr. Klarida Papaqako answering your question. Thank you for posting your question to HCM.

I would recommend that he needs to do this types of blood tests, which rule out the most common causes of tiredness:
1) CBC (complete blood count) so he can see if he has anemia, or any blood infection.
2) TSH (Thyroid stimulating hormone) a hormone who will tell if his thyroid is producing enough hormones, which in the case that are low in the blood (called Hypothyroidism) might cause tiredness as the first sign.
