just wondering why my bf's semen was brown? is it from him being chimotherpied? or since it was about a year that we did not do it? he is 60years old. and in the last one year, he says he did not have any sex until 2 days ago which was completely brown and watery!

Brown semen indicates most probably blood in semen called hematospermia. Common complaint in old ages and in chemotherapies.I recommend seeking a neurologist help to sort out the etiology and for a better management as it will need a complete examination with detailed history and clinical correlation.
