What Could Cause Painful Bone Left On The Area Where Molar Has Fallen Out With Huge Bubble Inside?

I have a molar that has cracked and fallen out. There is bone left where the outside of the tooth should be and on the inside is a huge bubble where the roots lay. The pain is awful. Does not drain or go down with any home remedy. Very very irritatated and inflamed. What is this?

Hi,
Thanks for posting the query,
I would suggest you to consult to a Dentist.
A dressing of zinc oxide eugenol can be placed to give soothing effect.
Take tab brufen BD for pain control for five days.
At home take lukewarm saline and antiseptic mouthwash gargles.
