What Could Cause Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Shooting Pain When The Bladder Gets Full?

Pain in lower abdomen. The area where my ovaries would be. Friday is when it began. I had hot, shooting pain when my bladder was full. When I stood up I had no control of my bladder. That has improved. But my stomach is bloated and firm. I feel very tired.

Pain in lower abdomen, more so when bladder is full and loss of control of bladder, bloating and firm abdomen is indicative of the following:
-There can be intestinal problem like enteritis that cause bloated abdomen with firmness.
-There can be concurrent urinary tract infection.

This can be diagnosed by the following ways:
Clinical evaluation by a Doctor so that a clinical diagnosis and further supportive investigations can be done to see for the diagnosis and plan for management.

I would advise:
-X-ray of abdomen in standing position to see for any intestinal obstruction, cause of bloating.
-Ultrasonography for genitourinary system, ovary and all.
-Tests of stool, blood and urine to see for the cause.

All these things will an appropriate diagnosis and further management protocol.
