What Could Cause Non Achievement Of Orgasm During Intercourse With No Help From Medications?

I am 84 and have E.D. I have found it difficult to have an orgasm with my wife but can masterbate within 3-4 minutes. I have tried 100 mg of Viagra, and 20 mg of Staxyn with very limited success. Havn t tried Stendra yet. Would 200 mg of Stendra work any better than the other two?

Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem of Erectile Dysfunction which does not respond to Viagra and now intend to use Stendra(Avanafil).

Please note that Stendra belongs to the same group of drug Phosphodiesterase5 inhibitors
and has similar mode of action as like Viagra. It is likely that you may not get satisfactory erection with Stendra too.

Your ED problem seems to be generalised atherosclerosis whichis common at this age resulting in to reduced blood supply to penis due to narrowing of penile artery.
Please c get Colour Doppler Ultrasound scanning of penis done to confirm this

Consult qualified Urologist for further treatment.
