What Could Cause Itchy Anus After Passing Stools With Smelly Fluid Discharge?

I've noticed over the last two days that after I've passed a stool that my anus will start to itch and feel as if there is some more to come out. If i wipe the anus i can see a very potent smelly clear fluid.



What is this and how can it be stopped?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Itching of the anus after passing stool with clear fluid indicates that you have infection of the intestines and thus needs the following:
Get a clinical evaluation and examination by your Doctor.
Get the stool and blood tests done.
You may need a course of an antibiotic active against intestinal infection, metronidazole and probiotics.
Take Sitz bath after passing motion , keep the area clean and dry.
Apply liquid povidone iodine to keep the area sterile.
Take soft bland diet.
Use boiled and cooled water.
This should solve your problems as it is only 2 days old.
