What Could Cause Indention In Testicles?

Hello, male 57 came home from back fusion surgery, about week now, question, I took my showere this morning , my right testical felt touch wise , as if it had been restricted some how meaning there was a indentation around the upper half of the testical itself, there was also a bunch of , I want to say veins and thing for connecting . That was at the head of it itself. I have no pain, the testical came back to normal with in several hours. Scared me , already had prostate out several years ago, I am on social security and my wife works part time, I will have a problem paying you I m sorry

Thanks for your query.
From your history this looks to be varicocele.
There would have been a blockage and back-pressure on the draining vein- more than usual.
Once you get alright out of the surgery, go for ultrasonography and color doppler study of the abdomen if there is any problem with the Prostate / Prostate Cancer and of the scrotum too
The treatment will depend upon the stage of it and your symptomatology.
