General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The hot flushes could be due to the fluctuating hypertension, or the hashimotos. The other causes could be the anxiety, or neuritis.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Ask him to avoid spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to make her comfortable.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
