What Could Cause High Temperature?

Hello, I am a 32 yr old female and lately I have been running a higher temp @99-99.5 degrees, am very fatigued, cold sweats and generally woozy, lightheaded. A week ago I was bitten up by mosquito's in Central Texas. Should I get tested for West Nile or could it be something else?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It could any fever, viral fever, typhoid, malaria, or any fever.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to run a series of tests to diagnose the fever.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ,cifixime, paracetamol, ranitidine, and other supportive medicine.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to have a early recovery, and to have good resistance.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
